MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS & THERAPISTS

We believe it is important to provide this information to ensure our clients feel comfortable during our visit and can focus on restoration during their experience. We thank you in advance for understanding and greatly appreciate your support.

In addition to the high standards of hygiene already practiced in our spa we have implemented additional sanitisation and social distancing measures to protect the health and safety of clients and team members.

We strongly advise persons at risk, and vulnerable persons including pregnant and nursing mothers as well as persons with respiratory and heart diseases to inform us while booking their appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

When booking your appointment, you are agreeing to all of the spa policies.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT

All treatments and services at the Spa are available by appointment only.

Only the person with the appointment is allowed in the spa, no companions are allowed in at this time in an effort to keep enforcing Social Distancing.

ARRIVAL

Please bring your face masks, or we have the right to refuse service with no refund. It is mandatory for all customers to wear a face mask inside. Masks are also available for purchase. Entry without a face mask is not permitted.

All clients and team members will have mandatory symptom screenings upon entering as an additional health and safety precaution. Everyone will be asked to take their temperature upon arrival with touchless forehead thermometers and sanitise their hands.

SPA TREATMENTS

All team members are wearing face masks or visors at all times. Gloves and aprons are worn when required.

Massage and body treatments: Your mask must be kept on during your entire service apart from lying face down.

Facial: specific protocols throughout service are applied to ensure the safety of clients and skin therapists. The protective glass is used during treatment when applicable.

Hands & Feet: Partitions for Social Distancing Safety is used for manicure treatments.

MAINTENANCE & SANITISATION

Our facility is properly cleaned, sanitized, disinfected before the start, in-between every single client, and at the closing of each day using only high-grade disinfectants. We are strictly following the local health department procedures.

Each treatment room is thoroughly sanitized after each client. We ensure everything is above and beyond sanitation and disinfection requirements for service implements and all high touch surfaces.

SPA FACILITIES

The spa facilities cannot be shared and only customers booking together are allowed at the same time.

PAYMENT

We encourage contactless payment transactions where possible.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE WITH NO REFUND
